1. Eligibility

Funds deposited from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name may be confiscated pending investigation.
  • You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from qq999 or any affiliated platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new accounts. qq999 will void any winnings and forfeit any balance held in accounts opened in violation of a prior exclusion.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one qq999 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals. qq999 follows a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify identity, age, and payment details before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these T&C and will result in account closure. qq999 may request supporting documentation (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage to verify the information provided.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qq999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. qq999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact qq999 support immediately.
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your qq999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before a closure request is processed, any pending withdrawal must be resolved and identity verification must be complete. Players who have self-excluded may not reopen their accounts before the applicable exclusion period has elapsed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your qq999 account balance within minutes of transaction confirmation. qq999 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or by network conditions outside qq999's control. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the current limits displayed on the platform at the time of deposit.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and the resolution of any open wagering requirements on bonus funds. qq999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days of approval. Requests submitted on Bangladeshi public holidays (including Eid and Independence Day) may require additional processing time. qq999 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before releasing large withdrawals.
Dormant Accounts

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers are subject to individual terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all qq999 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

  • All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements on qq999 range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to a time limit from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and wagering requirements not completed within the applicable time limit will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without prior notice.
  • qq999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of any ongoing promotion, or restrict specific payment methods from qualifying for a bonus, at any time and without prior notice. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play designed to arbitrage bonus terms — will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.
  • Free spins bonuses are subject to a maximum conversion cap stated in the specific promotion terms. Any winnings from free spins that exceed the stated maximum conversion cap will be forfeited automatically, regardless of the total amount wagered.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qq999 platform. Any breach constitutes a material violation of these T&C and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets, access account information, or interact with qq999's systems in any way that circumvents the intended user interface. qq999 actively monitors for automated activity and will take immediate action upon detection.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering through the qq999 platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and subsequently withdrawing those funds as gaming proceeds. qq999 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
  • Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on qq999, including sharing cards in poker, communicating bet decisions during live casino games, or any other form of coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Exploiting any technical error, software bug, misconfigured game, or pricing anomaly on qq999 to derive an unintended financial benefit. Any winnings accrued as a result of a technical error will be voided, and qq999 reserves the right to correct technical errors retroactively and adjust balances accordingly.
  • Registering or using a qq999 account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your qq999 account. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered account holder. qq999 may request verification that the account is being used by the registered holder and may suspend access pending that verification.

6. Responsible Gaming and Account Termination

qq999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers tools to help players manage their gaming activity and actively promotes awareness of responsible gaming practices. Players aged 21 or above who choose to use qq999 are encouraged to set personal limits from the outset and to seek support if their gaming is becoming problematic.

Player-Initiated Responsible Gaming Tools
Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion directly through qq999 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for the period requested by the player. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no new deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be accepted.
Account Termination by qq999
qq999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these T&C; (b) qq999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) the player is found to be ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 1; or (d) qq999 is required to do so by applicable law or at the direction of a relevant authority. Upon termination for cause, qq999 may forfeit any balance remaining in the account.

7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq999 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the player's use of the qq999 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical failure beyond qq999's reasonable control. qq999's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&C that cannot be resolved through qq999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

8. Amendments to These Terms

qq999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, qq999 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform. The updated T&C will take effect immediately upon publication. If you continue to use the qq999 platform after updated T&C have been published, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these T&C regularly. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
